- Pack2Escape reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters.
4. Travel Documents and Insurance
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for your trip.
- We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
5. Health & Safety
- Please disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements at the time of booking.
- Travelers must comply with health and safety instructions, local laws, and guidelines during the trip.
6. Our Liability
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from circumstances beyond our control.
- Pack2Escape acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other service providers. We do not accept liability for acts or omissions of these third parties.
